Your appraisal questions

Is a property appraisal free and without obligation?

Yes. Woolloongabba Real Estate offers a free, confidential property appraisal without an obligation to list your property. Submit the address and your contact details so an agent can discuss the property and next steps.

What information should I provide for an appraisal?

To get started, we only need your property address, name, email and consent to contact you. Phone and other property details are optional. Bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, improvements and your selling timeframe can help your agent prepare; you can discuss these later.

How is a property appraisal different from a valuation?

An appraisal is an agent’s opinion of a likely selling range using property details and market evidence. A formal valuation is a separate professional assessment prepared for a specified purpose. If a lender, court or adviser requires a valuation, confirm the required type and provider with them.

Can an online estimate tell me what my property is worth?

An online estimate can be a starting point, but it may miss renovations, condition, outlook, building differences and unusual site features. A property-specific appraisal considers those details alongside recent comparable sales and current competition.
